Science reporter magazine WHO Okays Indian Typhoid Vaccine for Global Use World Health Organization (WHO) has given its prequalification to Tipper Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine (TCV) which has been developed by Bharat Biotech of Hyderabad, India.

science reporter magazine Tipper TCV is the world's first typhoid vaccine clinically proven to be given to children from 6 months age to adults and ensures long term protection against Typhoid fever. Human Challenges Studies at Oxford University has evaluated it. TCV is an innovative product possessing long-term lasting effect as compared to the older vaccine and requires fewer doses. They could be given to a young child through routine childhood immunization programmed. TCV has been recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (WHO-SAGE) science reporter   subscribe this magazine.
